So how does this work?

As you are only buying the house and leasing the land from us, you’ll avoid the costs associated with owning the land. This means no more council rates, stamp duty, or other related expenses!
You only need to pay a small site fee that covers the costs of running and maintaining the community, ensuring that you can indulge in all the resort amenities at your convenience.
For most of our residents, the only additional costs are standard expenses such as electricity, water usage, private telephone, internet and home insurance.

The site fee and what it covers

Your Vantage site fee covers the upkeep of all shared spaces – including your front nature strip – as well as community facilities and council rates and charges. Best of all, our dedicated community management team takes care of all landscaping and maintenance, so you can enjoy a beautifully maintained environment without lifting a finger.
Site fees are reviewed annually on 1 July, with any increase capped at the greater of CPI or 3.5%.

Paying the site fee

Say goodbye to constant reminders of due payments. With our simple monthly fee with direct debit payment options, you can initiate the payment to become automatic each month.

Government rent assistance plan

At Vantage, our community is there for you. Depending on your personal circumstances, you may be eligible for the Commonwealth Government Rent Assistance to help with your site fees.
