New Luxury Showcase Homes Arrive on Fraser Coast

On Saturday 1 February, Fraser Coast locals experienced the very best of resort-style living at Vantage Hervey Bay by AVID Property Group’s (AVID) Showcase Homes Grand Opening.

To mark the grand opening, AVID was joined by Fraser Coast Mayor Cr George Seymour for an official ribbon cutting ceremony at the site of the new showcase homes in the over 50’s land lease community.

AVID General Manager Land Lease Communities Manuel Lang said the opening marked a significant milestone for the project – the first for the developer in the region – and signalled the upcoming completion of the first move-in-ready homes in the community.

“Construction at our new community in Hervey Bay is progressing at a rapid pace, with our first residents expected to move in March 2025,” Mr Lang said.

All homes in Vantage Hervey Bay have been designed and will be built by the developer’s award-winning in-house builder, Villaworld Homes by AVID.
